Responsibilities:
-Manage technical support and sales/billing calls from initiation to resolution.
Thoroughly document and manage customer issues.
-Perform preliminary isolation and troubleshooting of problems.
-Appropriately and proactively escalate critical issues.
-Assist other members of the support team with diagnosis, review and resolution of client issues.
-Identify service improvement programs and automation proposals to improve service quality and manage delivery costs.
-Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
– At least 2 years of call center and customer service experience preferred.
– Technical support experience preferred.
– High School Diploma required.
– A+ certification is a plus.
– Should possess a great phone presence and upbeat personality.
